Classic reginette

Like Lasagne in miniture, Reginette is a broad, wavy, short pasta. Weighty enough to hold up in a hearty bolognese, but pairs well with practically any sauce.


Reginette napoletane - fresh only

Cut in 9 inch segments instead of the usual short version, this Neapolitan variation makes quite an impression on the plate. Its generous curls are a fine pappardelle upgrade and work well for large-scale presentations.
