I loved it! I didn’t realize how healthy Etto pasta is besides being the best, most delicious pasta I’ve ever had. The factory was beautiful and the process fascinating. The Etto team was great,you can see the passion they have for Etto. Lunch was so good and the wine tasting topped off the day. I will definitely be back. The tour is a hit!
I learned about the history of pasta from Napoli and Etto’s application of this history to make their delicious pasta. The tour of their manufacturing facility was enhanced by videos and actually walking through it and seeing how it’s done. Our tour leader, Gina, was engaging and funny. I highly recommend this tour to see how old fashioned processes ae modernized to give us this excellent product. Plus you can then go have lunch in the Pasta Bar to put a cherry on top. Yum!!!
Even though I am a local this tour was informative, interesting and totally enjoyable. It was fun to see how learn about the history, how nutritious the pasta is and then to enjoy it. The wine tasting was so enjoyable.
