Mission

Etto’s Mission is to produce pasta for schools that kids love, schools love to cook, and makes parents happy.

Etto Pasta’s first customer was our own kids’ Montessori school. The kids aged 3-12 provided lots of honest feedback and critique as only kids can. We also listened to teachers and parents to tailor our pasta to best serve their needs. As our kids transitioned to Public School as middle school students we started providing pasta to the California Central Coast Public and Private schools. Etto’s mission is to sell great tasting pasta to California’s children providing a blank canvas for healthy and nutritious meals. Our pasta has already provided food to dozens of schools, thousands of kids and hundreds of thousands of portions to California school children.
