I tried this at an Italian restaurant and I loved it so I had to have some. Awesome taste. Definitely recommend it.
The dough is actually very good for pizza but they freeze them into balls that are just placed (4 each) into a plastic container without any individual wrapping, so In some cases the dough has “crisped” on the outside, so when letting it come to temp, we’re left with some hardened pieces while preparing the dough for the oven.
I have been using Il Boschetto Mediterraneo for many years , it is my go to spice, and I always purchased the refills to keep from the waste of multiple grinders. For the last few years I couldn’t find any refills and would purchase several grinders at a time, I have a cabinet full of old grinders!
So happy that I finally have a source for these refills at Etto!
