A New Pasta Club Release
It seems like just yesterday that I was telling y'all our pasta club was nearing the 100 member milestone, but now as we launch our Fall member box we are just 2 folks shy of 200. We are thrilled this program has become such a quick success and thank all of you who have joined us.
If you haven't joined yet, what are you waiting for? I'm sure there was a moment when even Costco had a couple hundred members even if it wasn't called Costco then.

The new Fall club shipment features a recipe that I created in collaboration with my friends from Mighty Cap Mushroom. I won't give too many details, but it's a great recipe, and I can't wait for you to try it.
Additionally, a friend and pasta club member created a custom kitchen tool for us. He's a retired Cal Poly engineering professor who loves to tinker with and resurrect historic yet simple kitchen items and this tool is his favorite. I can't wait to see how quickly you fall in love with this simple and surprisingly handy kitchen tool.
We also just released a special Fall dinner event first exclusively to our pasta and wine club. A few tickets remain which we are making available to the general public @ $160 per person ($125 for the pasta club). This is our second family-style, wine-inclusive dinner featuring wines from both Giornata and some faves from Tuscany.
