Steve Sando has been collecting and sharing his Rancho Gordo beans since 2001 and we have been enjoying them almost as long as that! So happy that ETTO has added them to their list of great "small market" foods...cheers!
This pasta shape just makes me hungry, imagining all the little curves that can grab onto the delicious Etto house-made Bolognese! My family loves this fresh pasta!
I grew up in a town of about half Italians back East. My best friend’s Grandma Cinotti made “kouloria” cookies on special occasions and I craved them. These are the closest ones I’ve ever tasted. Bravo, Etto, for carrying these. I buy them almost weekly :)
Deliciouso! Sweet and chewy. It's cute and individually wrapped. It was the perfect little gift.
I had a non-traditional Bolonese sauce at home, made with Portugese Linguisa. I was serving three people for lunch with wine and the pappardelle was the perfect compliment to my sauce. It was an easy home run!
