I highly recommend the Etto Pasta Factory Tour, lunch, and wine tasting (the Pasta & Vino tour)! The tour was so informative. The high-quality in the two ingredients used and attention to detail in the production truly sets Etto apart—hands down, the best tasting pasta!
Lunch was amazing as always but we appreciated the pasta dishes even more after the tour.
Rob and Gina were exceptional guides—so knowledgeable and interesting. And Shane in the wine tasting room provided info on the many varieties Giornata offers.
Stephy and Brian, your vision & hard work is clearly paying off. We’ll definitely be spreading the word and sending more friends to visit you in Tin City.

Very interesting and educational factory tour ending in a great dining experience at the pasta bar with delicious well crafted dishes of superb pasta made on sight.
