The Etto Club Was Created Just for You

 

With the Etto Pasta Club getting all growed up and now well over 100 members what are you waiting for? We still have a way to go though since The Rancho Gordo bean club has an astonishing 30,000 members with around 32,000 folks on their waiting list. If you don't believe me CLICK HERE. I see beans and pasta as partners in the food world as both come out of what you would call the cucina povera (poor kitchen) which we all know is the best food - offering a great value and nutrition. You can even eat them together as I often do and like to highlight different variations of pasta fagioli in my recipe section.

Since launching last fall, time has flown, and we are now on our third shipment. I've really enjoyed picking out my favorite indispensable kitchen tools and y'all seem to like them. One of my friends, a local chef recently told me that he appreciated the selections and that both tools from the first couple boxes were a welcome addition to his kitchen arsenal. 
 
We believe our pasta club offers great value; each shipment overdelivers for the price and then add in all the discounts and complimentary items it's like we are paying you to join (do I sound like an old-school carpet salesman or Crazy Eddie).
