It was a fun filled day. The tour of the pasta factory was very interesting. Lunch was delicious as always. I really enjoyed the freshness of the wines… you can tell that a lot of love goes into everything Etto does.
I learned a lot about pasta making that I didn’t know. And tours are always a great way to see equipment!
