Each shape is made the same way: organic durum semolina, bronze-die extruded, slow-dried for 19 hours in our Paso Robles factory. The difference is in what each shape does with that foundation. Cook your way through all twelve and you'll know exactly which ones deserve a permanent spot in your pantry and which sauce you'll be making on repeat.
Also included: a 1 lb bag of Etto Salt Discs which are imported from the salt flats of Trapani, Sicily, and pre-portioned so your pasta water is seasoned right every single time. Enough for all 12 bags.
