Now That's a Big Bag of Pasta

One of the unique offerings we have at Etto is our large bags which we call, "factory bags". The inspiration for these came from a couple of sources: Sam's Deli in Fresno used to sell foodservice bags of a lesser quality pasta for a good value and that's what I bought. Also, I'll give a little nod to Costco and in the beginning I'd tell folks that our big bags were Costco size. I basically only shop at Etto and Costco TBH. When I launched the factory bags many moons ago, some people thought I was crazy, asking, "Who will buy that much pasta?". Now many weeks our factory bags outsell the one pound red boxes. Hate to say I told ya so.

Here are the top ten reasons to buy an Etto factory bag:

10. It makes a great pillow.
9. The resealable bags are great to reuse for freezing pinsa crusts or many other things.
8. What's a better way to show your love for Etto pasta.
7. Value, value, value
6. Cookout season is fast approaching and pasta salad is your specialty.
5. You want to make a statement with your Father's Day gift for Dad.
4. Your teenagers are eating you out of house and home.
3. It's the perfect size to put in a stroller.
2. You never want to run out of pasta.
And the #1 reason to buy a factory bag of Etto pasta is:
1. You just love Etto pasta sooooooo much.

And now for something cute..............puppies
Our neighbor and friend just had a litter of puppies and there are still 2 available. The mom is full Pyrenees and the dad is 1/2 Pyrenees and 1/2 Newfoundland. These are working dogs that have been protecting our sheep and goats and take their job seriously. They have also been around young children since they were born and are very sweet and would also make great house pets. They are dewormed and will have the 1st round of shots. She is looking for good homes for these 2 and is asking $800 which is a significant discount vs. full bred of either. Please let me know if you or someone you know has an interest and I'll connect you. They are about 7 weeks old now.
