New Item Alert
It's been a while since we've highlighted new items at our market. At Etto we are always looking for new products to surprise and delight. I've been observing the market lately and noticed how often people enjoy looking at our product selection. Here are a few new noteworthy items you may have missed.

Our friends from Pasolivo have stocked our pasta for years and we even make a custom olive shaped pasta for them. Therefore, we thought we should feature a few unique items from them. We are carrying their sun baked black olives, green olive tapenade, and interesting Italian style nut crumb and our favorite of all - dog treats made with their olive oil.
Also in the last couple of months, we've added a dozen or more new items, such as new tins of amaretto cookies (my grandmother's favorite), local chili crunch from Sichuan Kitchen, Italian roast coffee from Lavazza, and new jarred veggies from Castellino. Also new is a basil-lemon pesto, jarred alfredo sauce, and the popular pistachio pesto is back in stock. There is a variety of new cookies and Italian potato chips, plus something we have been looking for for a long time: Italian-grown organic pinenuts. Most pine nuts are grown in China these days, and many customers have reported problems with them (I personally stay away from those).

We also managed to secure a few great bulk deals for the store of some faves. First, we have a case buy (8 pouches) of Bianco DiNapoli pizza sauce that saves you 25%. These pizza sauce pouches are super convenient, and my goto for pizza night. I always have a case of these in the pantry. They are also great when you just need to add a little tomato punch to a recipe, but don't want to open a whole can or jar.

We also got a deal on a staff favorite: La Dolce Vita coffee and negroni. The coffee drink is a great cold brew, but the negroni is amazing for a mocktail or with a little gin, you can make 2 negronis (my favorite cocktail). If you buy a case, these $3 cans are only $1, which is a screaming bargain. When they are gone, they are gone, so stock up now.

With football season right around the corner Etto Pasta Bar has been asked along with a few of the counties other finest restaurants to help feed the coaching staff so they can focus on building a winning program. Our ties to CalPoly run deep at Etto and we were honored to get the call for this. Hopefully you can make it to a game or two this season and cheer the coaching staff fueled by Etto.
