We gave up eating pasta since it gave us stomach issues. We tried many non-wheat pastas and did not find one that was a good replacement. Then we heard that the process and ingredients in your pasta were different and would be better for our health. We tried it and it was great! No stomach upset/ inflammation afterwards.
