Excellent tour! I learned a lot and loved seeing the facility.
We are Etto super fans and visit the Pasta Bar or the Pastificio weekly. We make pasta at home but really there is no need since the fresh and dried pasta from Etto are of such high quality. Seeing where the pasta is made, learning about the wheat and seeing how much thought and heart goes into each bit of pasta explains a lot. The common goal of providing delicious food flows through each member of the team. We were delighted by the tour and topped it off with lunch at the pasta bar. I highly recommend the experience. Pasta A+, staff A+, tummy happy.
So glad we did this! Gina & crew were entertaining and very knowledgeable. Great value as well. We'll definitely do it again one of these days.
