The tour provided amazing insight into the manufacturing process, the extremely high quality ingredients used, and the time consuming process utilized to preserve the quality of the pasta. Great job ETTO!

what fun! we completely nerded out at the pasta factory - we learned so much and will forever after avoid eating non-organic US wheat! what pride everyone had about the plant and the pasta you’re producing, Lunch at Etto was - as always - a huge treat, helped along by gift cards in our factory bling bags! Brian himself poured our tasting at Giornata - he got roped in (not his usual gig) - but we got to hear him talk about what & how Etto/Giornata is trying to achieve. Respect to all of you for building a great small business in Paso Robles!

We had an incredible experience on the Etto Pasta Tour! Our guide, Gina, was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable—she made the entire tour engaging and informative. The factory tour was great; it was amazing to see how thoughtfully and carefully their pasta is made. Lunch was delicious and beautifully prepared, showcasing the quality of their ingredients. The wine tasting was the perfect finishing touch, with a lovely selection of wines. Everything was well-organized and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food, wine, and learning about where it all comes from!

I have been a loyal supporter of ETTO Pasta since they opened. Every time I’m in the area I purchase pasta to share with my family. So happy it’s now available on Amazon….
This week as we took our grandkids from Boston on the Etto Pasta Factory Tour. Rob did a great job and was so informative. We all learned about how unique ETTO pasta is.. After the tour we had lunch at the ETTO Pasta Bar. It was delicious. The kids are still talking about it….Thank you rob and ETTO for a fun day…..

The Etto Pasta Factory Tour was just fantastic: small group so very personalized, detailed but fun and interesting, and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! You get a $25 gift card for Etto Pasta Bar included in your $50 fee as well as a tasting at Giornata wines. Had a wonderful lunch and special treatment after the tour! And you get a free box of pasta! Best $50 I've spent in a long time!
