Some of the best pasta I have ever had. Made a simple sauce out of onion and garlic, Mutti Double Concentrate Tomato Paste, and cream, added the mezzi rigatoni, and it was a meal for 4!
The pasta was so good that I came back and ordered the cookbook. Can’t wait to cook my way through it.
This is my new favorite vodka sauce!
Well you've done it! You've gone and made me a sauce snob. Now I can't buy my vodka sauce in a store; I'm going to have to order online and stock up while I'm at it. This is such a rich and tasty sauce that's exactly the right thickness. One jar should feed two or three people.
Love the fruity heat! Put it on so many dishes.
