The tour provided amazing insight into the manufacturing process, the extremely high quality ingredients used, and the time consuming process utilized to preserve the quality of the pasta. Great job ETTO!
what fun! we completely nerded out at the pasta factory - we learned so much and will forever after avoid eating non-organic US wheat! what pride everyone had about the plant and the pasta you’re producing, Lunch at Etto was - as always - a huge treat, helped along by gift cards in our factory bling bags! Brian himself poured our tasting at Giornata - he got roped in (not his usual gig) - but we got to hear him talk about what & how Etto/Giornata is trying to achieve. Respect to all of you for building a great small business in Paso Robles!
Such a great experience! Recommended to anyone in the area. Terrific to learn how healthier, authentic pasta is being made in our area.
We had so much fun! It was a great learning experience to see how the pasta is thoughtfully made and distributed in an initimate setting. We had a 3-year-old with us, and the tour guides happily accommodated him and welcomed him into the group setting. I would highly recommend to anyone - also a great activity to do with visitors in town!
Our car club booked an early afternoon factory tour. It was an interesting and informative 45 minutes and we learned why they use brass dies! Take the tour and you’ll find out.
We followed it up with a group of lunch at the ETTO Pasta Bar & Market. All agreed that learning about the pasta making process made lunch taste even better. A 5 Star day.
