Radiotori holds its texture and shape when reheated!

We used this in a Zucchini Sausage pasta recipe and the Radiotori held up after 3 days of warming up leftovers. Very impressive, so different from other commercial pastas that turn to mush. This is one of our favorite pastas - basil, parsley, Kalamata olives, pinenuts, a smidge of Parmesan, and of course, your wonderful pasta. We added a small amount of olive oil and some juice from the Kalamata olives. Delicious!

First tried this one while having lunch before tour at Etto. Perfect for meat sauces, I knew this was a pasta I'd be ordering. Unlike grocery store pasta it holds it's shape while cooking.
