I'm Italian. This is, far and away, the best pasta I have ever eaten. It cooks perfectly and once cooked, doesn't get mushy. I made a large tray of Italian mac-and-cheese with this. Even left over, it had perfect texture. I'm not using any other pasta now. Wish you offered lasagna noodles.
