Your pasta is excellent. Rigatoni are the most difficult pasta to make correctly; I can tell immediately if they are not top quality.

Best pasta ever !

Best pasta ever!!! Bought in box first time but then decided I needed larger bag. It is great with any sauce, since the noodles center is large enough to hold lots of sauce. It’s also great size for pasta salads, mac and cheese and it’s tender yet firm. My new favorite pasta.

We love every pasta from Etto! We have it shipped almost monthly. It never disappoints! Also if you are sensitive to pasta (in the digestive system)- this is the cleanest freshest dried pasta you can get. I am sensitive to most pastas and this pasta transports me right back to Italy! 🇮🇹 you actually feel amazing when you eat it versus bogged down with fillers.
