Excellent pasta

First, I’ve got to tell you… Sono Romano di Roma. I mean, I’m Italian. Born and grew up in Rome.

And I’m a buongustaio, which is Italian for ‘gourmet’. I also am a very good cook.

Your pasta is excellent. Rigatoni are the most difficult pasta to make correctly; I can tell immediately if they are not top quality.

Your pasta is top quality. The texture, the ‘tooth’ as we say in Italy, is perfect. The flavor is perfect. I like it a lot.

I’ll definitely order it again.
