Healthy and delicious!
Hands down my favorite pasta right now. Great for Mac n cheese, pesto or traditional pasta sauce. We stocked up!
We enjoyed the pasta tour and learned a great deal. Then we dined at the Etto Pasta Bar - the food was amazing! Next, we ventured to Giornata for wine tasting. The wine was excellent, and we were fortunate to visit with the owners of Etto and Giornata. We highly recommend the tour!!!
Really informative and interesting tour - certainly gave me food for thought, LOL.
I had no idea what I was buying when I purchased boxed pasta at the grocery store - never again! I love the fact that this wonderful product is made locally -

Loved the tour and learned a lot. Though that $20 was a little high, but loved it anyway.
Gina & Rob were great, they know their business, the history of Etto, Touring the factory with the happy, well dressed, clean staff, it looks like a happy place to work. Lunch at Etto Pasta Bar was delicious, Thomas the Waiter was darling and then we actually ran into Brian the owner in the Market. Lots of great cooking merchandise, what a wonderful day our group had. I will be back there, next time with my Pet Poodle, Sophia Loren for lunch on the beautiful patio.
Excellent tour! I learned a lot and loved seeing the facility.
