Your pasta is excellent. Rigatoni are the most difficult pasta to make correctly; I can tell immediately if they are not top quality.
Your pasta is top quality. The texture, the ‘tooth’ as we say in Italy, is perfect. The flavor is perfect. I like it a lot.
