I like a chunky pasta salad and this pasta fits the role!! Great texture and love the pantry size bag

Best pasta ever!!! Bought in box first time but then decided I needed larger bag. It is great with any sauce, since the noodles center is large enough to hold lots of sauce. It’s also great size for pasta salads, mac and cheese and it’s tender yet firm. My new favorite pasta.

We love every pasta from Etto! We have it shipped almost monthly. It never disappoints! Also if you are sensitive to pasta (in the digestive system)- this is the cleanest freshest dried pasta you can get. I am sensitive to most pastas and this pasta transports me right back to Italy! 🇮🇹 you actually feel amazing when you eat it versus bogged down with fillers.

We absolutely love this pasta (shape and all) that captures my sauce like a warm blanket on a cold winter night!
