Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onions and peppers. Cook until softened.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Return the sausage to the skillet. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
