About the recipe
Asima's always bragging to me about the great creations she creates with our pasta. My first question is always, "Did you take a picture?" followed by, "Can you send me the recipe?" Finally she'd done both - so here you go - a new recipe from our own Asima. She even gave me a little credit by using my technique for marinating shrimp in 'Nduja.

Ingredients (all at Etto!!)

Preparation
- Saute onion in olive oil in a medium skillet and boil water for pasta.
- When onions are translucent melt 3 TB (or more to taste) of 'Ndjua in the hot pan and add the shrimp (with or without shell) and corona beans.
- Cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked turning once.
- Cook pasta and add al dente pasta to the skillet. Add a little pasta water as needed to coat the pasta. Salt to taste.
For a fun change try cooked fava beans instead of corona beans. Sprinkle with crushed Calabrian chili if you like it hot!
