It was great getting to "peek behind the screen" and see how pasta is made! Rob shared his knowledge of Etto's process in making both fresh and dried pasta and how efficient everything is. Amazing how the process works nd requires minimum involvement. Now we know why we like Etto so much!!!
We love this sauce & don’t mind the price because we respect the work & time one must devote to making a delicious sauce! Soon I will try the other ‘flavors’ also sold at ETTO.
