The easy to follow recipes categorized by type of pasta is brilliant. I had no idea there are so many pastas! I made the Mushroom Cream Sauce and found Etto Trombe pasta at Whole Foods. It turned out so well! I can’t wait to try more recipes. Thank you for making this beautiful book!

Have done Summer Pasta Salad and Creamy Ham & Pea Pasta. Both turned out perfectly with great flavor and the instructions were precise. Looking forward to doing more recipes from this book. A nice side benefit is that I am using more dried pasta instead of fresh so there are many more shapes in dried.
