Crunchy Italian crackers rich with the flavor of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Outstanding flaky texture. Enjoy: The essential aperitivo snack! Serve with a glass of wine & antipasti platter with salumi, cheese & olives.
ABOUT DANELI - Every day, Danieli handmakes taralli—artisan Italian crackers in the shape of rings— according to traditional recipes that have been handed down in secret and scrupulously guarded. Freshly milled Puglian flour, high quality extra virgin olive oil, white wine, and other fine ingredients are mixed into a dough which is then extruded and hand-shaped. “Fare i taralli” takes specialized hands and is an art in itself! The shaped taralli are boiled in water before baked in the oven until golden brown and crisp. Packaging the taralli is strictly done by hand as well.
WHY WE LOVE THEM - As soon as a customer tastes their first bite of Danieli taralli, we hear: “These are the BEST taralli I’ve ever had!” Danieli’s taralli are exceptionally delicious. They have a wonderful savory flavor, rich with extra virgin olive oil, and an outstanding flaky texture, similar to that of a laminated pastry. Once you’ve had one, it is hard to resist eating the entire bag of these crunchy snacks.

The star of our dinner party. It cooked up fresh and delicious. Super easy
Our car club booked an early afternoon factory tour. It was an interesting and informative 45 minutes and we learned why they use brass dies! Take the tour and you’ll find out.
We followed it up with a group of lunch at the ETTO Pasta Bar & Market. All agreed that learning about the pasta making process made lunch taste even better. A 5 Star day.
I bought two of these yummy jars, because I thought guests would
