Buon Natale

Once again, Stephy and I are so honored by how many of you have decided to let Etto be a part of your holiday celebration. I love hearing about your Christmas traditions and memories whether you are Italian American or just appreciate our food. I've enjoyed talking to scores of you about lasagne and the various ways to make it. The bottom line is that any lasagne is usually pretty darn good no matter how you make it. This December we have sold a record amount of pasta (team Etto really stepped it up in the factory) and also sold out of our cookbook. 
 
We thank each and every one of you for your support and look forward to a day of rest and good food with our family. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!
