Two of Etto's most versatile shapes, sized for the way big families actually cook. Mezzi Rigatoni is the shorter, ridged workhorse that holds up to hearty meat sauces and baked dishes. Trombe, a twisting trumpet shape, pulls sauce deep into every spiral. Together they cover a lot of ground: Sunday ragù, weeknight pasta al forno, or a big pot for a crowd.
Each bag contains 4.4 lbs of organic durum semolina pasta with 40 servings per bundle. That's just $5 per family meal. That's handcrafted, bronze-die pasta made in Paso Robles for less than a cup of coffee per person.
This April: free Etto Salt Discs with every bundle — an $8 value. Our salt discs are imported directly from the ancient salt flats of Trapani, Sicily, pre-portioned so you never guess how much to add to your pasta water. It's one of those small things that makes a real difference in the finished dish — and this month, it's on us.

I am amazed by the high quality of this pasta. It cooks up to perfect el Dante in just 10 minutes. The pasta holds it shape perfectly with no flimsy pieces like store bought. The flavor is just as good as homemade. I would highly recommend and I will be a lifelong customer
I bought this thinking it was a good deal. It read 1 5 lb bag of each, I read it as 15 lb bag. I received the item, which was 2 4.4 pound bags and sent an email. They did respond and say they would correct it, and they did, but it was not written well to begin with. Pasta is good though so some stars for that.

Etto is hands down the best pasta we have ever had. It’s the only pasta our kids get excited about and it’s one of the main reasons why we signed up for the monthly subscription. It’s a healthy, protein packed, easy weeknight meal for our busy family.
