Big Milestones

If you are opening this email right as it's sent I'm currently celebrating our winery's 20th Anniversary at Etto Pasta Bar. If you aren't reading this email maybe you are at the celebration. Incidentally, October 15th, 2025 marks the exact 3rd Anniversary of the restaurant - so we have two reasons to celebrate. Our Etto pasta brand and factory is officially about eight years old now for those of you keeping score.

It's important to bring this up, not to brag, but to thank each and every one of you for making all this possible. Of course, without you these milestones would not exist. Community supported business is exactly that. We have so many great ones around here that live and thrive because of local support. Some then can turn into regional businesses and even for a very few, national or even the world stage. I believe we have something very special here on the Central Coast and am reminded of this every day when a bop around and interact with guests in Tin City. I feel the love.
Today (October 16th) Etto Pasta Bar turns three. This means the terrible twos are over and we are entering the threenager phase. This is a new term for me, but makes sense as a toddler tries to find a bit of independence. We have a bunch of folks that have been with us at Etto since the very start and guests that have supported us from the beginning as well. I can say that I've now seen thousands of dishes of pasta come from the pan to the pass and they are looking more and more beautiful. I'm so proud of the team we have and it's reflected in the glowing comments I get on a continual basis. Bravo!

Now is the time to start planning your Holiday orders for Thanksgiving and beyond with Etto. We will accommodate as many guests as possible, but anticipate a very busy season as bookings for parties and offsite catering is already filling up.
