This is my new favorite vodka sauce!
Well you've done it! You've gone and made me a sauce snob. Now I can't buy my vodka sauce in a store; I'm going to have to order online and stock up while I'm at it. This is such a rich and tasty sauce that's exactly the right thickness. One jar should feed two or three people.
