Ravioli for the Super Bowl

Here's what many of you have been waiting for Mama Terri Smith and her Meyer lemons just arrived for our number one most popular ravioli of the year. Sure, James Berry Vineyard produces some amazing wine, with estate winery Saxum garnering a huge waiting list for the opportunity to purchase bottles. What about Justin's mom and her Meyer lemons, folks have been waiting for these for months and here they finally are with a limit of 3 bags per customer so we can spread the love while they last.

In addition there is a little football match coming up this Sunday and keeping with tradition we have a couple flavors of ravioli to represent each team. I'm proud to present this years offering of:

New England Lobster Ravioli
VS
Seattle Teriyaki Salmon Ravioli

Every year the one that sells out first or the most by game-time is the winner of the big game (totally foolproof predictor). I can almost guarantee that the faster seller will be the JBV Meyer Lemon so let's just give them the Lombardi trophy.
All of these ravioli can be dressed with a simple butter herb sauce for an easy dinner on game day or any day after - Valentines?
Local Dubai Chocolate Pop-up this Saturday, February 7th 11-3PM

I love discovering new local food artisans. One of my long time customers approached me about carrying their chocolate and I suggested we start by doing a popup. All of us in the market tried their chocolate and they are delicious. Please come this saturday and learn all about this new sweet sensation.

Here's their story told by mother and son:

Levine Chocolates owes its beginning to an idea that started with a love of chocolate and an inspiration from the viral Dubai sensation. More than just a trend however, was the decadent combination of chocolate, rich pistachio, and toasted kataifi that we sensed would make for a truly unique and fantastic experience, if done correctly.
Having recently moved back to the central coast, it was a joint mother and son effort in the kitchen as we began experimenting with recipes and processes - tempering chocolate, creating the right filling, finding the right size molds and many other challenges. Through success and failure we developed a method to produce a bar that we feel truly represents the authentic Dubai chocolate experience.
Our philosophy is a commitment to providing an experience that brings joy. Each bar starts with premium tempered chocolate that is poured into molds, then hand scooped with our unique filling, then capped and  painted with edible gold dust. We strive to make the “Dreamiest” Dubai bar, an experience that is rich and chocolatey, creamy, crunchy, with a fine finish of salt. We hope to share the same joy we have making and eating these bars in every bite you take.
Thanks to the wonderful support of our community members, we have increased our production and scope, and are now making fresh chocolate bars every week. We hope to continue making our bars and other delicious confections as we grow, and extend our deepest gratitude to the people who make it possible.

Here are 3 of our finest gift boxes for that special someone.
